How much can I save each year on my liability insurance?

Discounts vary; we recommend that you contact your liability insurance carrier directly.

Is my company legally required to provide assistance in the event of a medical emergency?

Legislation varies from state to state however, as a private entity it is not likely. The issues that stem from lack of emergency care are more ethical than legal.

Once certified can my employees train other personnel?

A separate training and certification program for trainers would be required.

What are the minimum standards for an Emergency Response Team?

The minimum recommended Department of Transportation standard is a certification level of first responder. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation and Automated External Defibrillation training is included within this standard of care.
